Midway Athletic Club is having our Summer Golf Outing as part of our fundraising efforts for 2021, proceeds will specifically support facility improvements planned at Midway Park.  

Come out and join us for a day of golf, sunshine & fun while supporting youth athletics!  

Date:  Monday, June 28, 2021

Location:  Crystal Falls Golf Club, 3756 Cowart Road, Dawsonville, GA  30534

Time: 10am Shotgun Start, Registration Opens at 8am

Format:  4-Person Scramble

Teams:  1) Create Your Own Foursome, or 2) Contact Us if You Want to Play but Need a Group

Cost: $150.00 per person ($600 per foursome) 

Optional Mulligan Package:  $25 (2 mulligans), $50 ( Mulligans and 1 red tee shot)

$500 hole sponsor - $1500 Event Sponsor 

Includes: 18 Holes of Golf w/Cart, Goodie Bag, Lunch After Golf Catered by Cue Barbecue, Range time & Balls Prior to Round, Sleeve of Midway Logo Titleist ProV1’s, Drinks/Water

Skills: Long Drive, Three (3) Closest to the Pin Contests, Hole in Win Challenge for a New Car

Prizes: Gross Winners Scotty Cameron Putters & Net Winners Ping 2021 Putters, 2nd and 3rd place  awards for gross/net. Big Raffles prizes and door prizes from Local Businesses.
